and 1803 17133.73 with video how to use
Bugfix for unpatched themeui.dll , uxinit.dll and uxtheme.dll file for Windows 10 build 1803 17133.1
and 1803 17133.73 32bit and 64bit
On Windows 10 RS4 1803

1.unzip my file
2.go to c/windows/system32 find and click Take Ownership the file themeui.dll , uxinit.dll and uxtheme.dll
3.for fast use just copy my themeui.dll , uxinit.dll and uxtheme.dll file and click replace the original files
4.for backup rename original files themeui.dll , uxinit.dll and uxtheme.dll to themeui.old.dll , uxinit.old.dll and uxtheme.old.dll and copy my files
5.restart pc or restart explorer
6.enjoy

you can try OldNewExplorer 1.1.8.3 click on install then uninstall restart pc and again install back the latest 1.1.8.4 version

some you can replace here as windows logo,branding and other - basebrd.dll,OobeFldr.dll,shellbrd.dll and exist more than 50 apps freeware tweaker as winaero

what is different you need to using different themes supported DPI scaling up to 100% - 200%

yes works on all DPI scaling 100% - 350%
350% is max supported DPI scaling on windows and 350% can be running only on default windows aero theme
on 4K and higher is my recommended settings max 200% without break down and black screen after reboot
because custom themes using more special changes and adds created with windows style builder
