Icons on taskbar blurry?

Hello VC!

I have problem about icons in taskbar (it's looks to a bit little small and blurry)

When i changed icons to custom icons they're looks to blurry in alt+tab and taskbar

how to fix this?

The .ico's don't include the necessary sizes between 256px and lower to display the icon image correctly.
