So after years of everyone telling microsoft they want a dark explorer.. this is what they come up with. lol

dark works good when it is transparent. When things arent transparent Dark is just dark and white can be bright

It's a good start and about time, lets just hope this wont effect custom themes on upcoming builds.

It looks ok but it can't compare to a classic theme like 10 Black Edition imo. So far it looks like too little to late, however it's not a bad thing that they're experimenting with a dark theme. Now that they're moving in the direction of modern apps a dark theme from MS is all people can hope for.

I've noticed that I spend the majority of time on the pc looking at the borders, taskbar and start menu. Most programs and files I find I can gain access to through other apps, so a loss of the original control panel and explorer might not matter that much to me.

It's about time... Looks nice

Everyhing should have a dark theme by default, I don't get this obsession with white backgrounds...
