Windows 10 1803 os build 17134.48 custom theme wont work

i used patched dlls files by moonnique but themes wont apply nothing happen only change colors how to fix it ?

thanks i will try but i think i found the reason the file version of your patched dll files version is 17134.1 my os build version is 17134.48 on the pervious version of 1709 i only patched the dll files and everything worked fine
i created more files and this is not the problem because number 17134.48 is only original windows info for KB4103721 version what are you using on your pc
this number not have been effect for 3rd party themes because 3rd party themes working on default 17134.1 .dll based

i dont know moon but with the installer patch it shows me that the files are patched but when i try to apply theme nothing happens only change the color :(
