Need help with installing windows 7 Theme

HI,
recently i saw a nice theme and decided to install it
i've patched the w7 with uxtheme.

i tried to install this theme
when i installed it, there were several problems that i can see with my pc but i dont see it with the creator's screenshots.
first of all why's the search bar text color is so dark on my pc? https://imgur.com/7A0UFxw
and why's the navigation bar not changing? when i wnt to the bluish folder (the theme's folder) i saw explorer.exe, ExplorerFrame.dll, Shell32.dll as folders. i know they're supossed to be in file form on windows folder. what am i doing wrong? please help me i really liked this theme. help me to install the theme properly.
