It isn't perfect as the black is not carried over to Control Panel, but if you go to Personalization in Settings, select the Dark Mode, then do a custom color to black for the title bars you will get this.

It looks pretty good in that screenshot, I'd probably be satisfied using the Aero theme and StartIsBack, that being said hopefully they don't mess with the shellstyle or how the msstyles work.

anyone figure out how to disable the explore tabs they screwed up? squared off, and if you click to open a second tab it opens a edge page. actually from that video they can be turned off so we can use other tab programs that don't give us preset pages.

if you click to open a second tab it opens a edge page.From this Edge page you can type in the SEARCH box any program you have on your PC, and it will open. You can also drag, and drop programs into the tab at the top. This feature is called Sets. It is quite useful. It also works in Microsoft Office. If you wish to disable Sets check out this site:
