Sound Schemes?

Hello all. I'm on the windows 10 1803 build and when i apply the themes the sound scheme is changed to "No Sounds" to mute system sounds. If i downloaded the custom sounds for the theme how can i get that to work? I tried putting Sound Scheme folder in the windows/resources/themes and selected the theme i was using folder and put in there and it didn't work. I also tried putting the sound scheme folder in windows/media Schemes folder and also windows/media and i can't get the scheme folder to show under sounds to select it. What am i doing wrong?

I Believe Shemhamforash Changed all the Themes from this Collection to no sounds to Mute System sounds, for Downloading Purposes. Go to page 8 in the thread Above for more Info.
