theme help

So I just got my windows 10 1803 PC 3 days ago and i been struggling bad trying to get the theme idea i want to work. I have most of it firgured out but one thing. the transparency effect.. the problem is it makes the whole damned thing transparent. task bar and everything instead of just the window part that the files n such sit on. Iv tried everything and nothing seems to work..with windows 7 all i needed was the universal theme patcher, Full glass and the theme. on this windows 10 1803 it doesnt seem to be that easy.

Quite difficult what you want! So far, haven't seen anyone to replicated just like the image you post.
Yes, i miss that old W7 & XP systems were you can tweak almost everything...!
