THIS THEME IS ONLY FOR USE ON WINDOW 10 VERSION 1703 - 1709 - 1803 - 1809 AND WILL NOT
WORK ON OLD VERSIONS OF WINDOWS.

I can get it to look like this by changing the Fonts & Systen Metrics/ BTNSHADOW color from black to blue
Not sure what else is affect in other programs so I will test it for a few days

oh ok Thank you i'll probably try that. So far i've only seen the issue on MPC. Its not really a big deal though, I have the time marker that pops up when i hover over the seekbar anyway so...
