I dont know whether it is possible to enlarge a wallpaper and keeping its quality

I found this wallpaper which looks beautiful, but it does not have a 4K size (3840 x 2160). If it is possible, can someone help me make a 4K version of that wallpaper?

how is this ? I had to put it in an rar file because the image itself exceeded forum limits and I didn't want to compress the image, it will lose quality that way ..........
