Well it's been a while since I have posted anything on here like this. Life just has a way of happening. But, last night I was able to bang this out for the game FALLOUT 76. I hope you guys like it. Included in the zip file are the files need to change your splash screen and splash screen loading text.
Download and unzip the file https://www.dropbox.com/s/3k9n3shmv7mrt17/PS%20CC%202019%20FALLOUT%2076%20Splash%20Screen.zip?dl=0
Copy BOTH orignal files, the Resources folder and the UIColors file
Go to here for the Resources folder
C;/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CC 2019
Copy and save it somewhere and replace it with the new folder
Go here for the UIColors file
C;/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CC 2019/Required
Scroll down to find it and copy it and save it, then replace it with the new file and start PS and see the changes and enjoy your new FALLOUT 76 Splash Screen.
