Fixed top taskbar.
Fixed top aero taskband margins for both small & large icons.
Fixed top & bottom basic taskband margins for both small & large icons.

How To:
You'll need your system patched with UXThemePatcher.

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
a.Extract the contents of the 'Theme' folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b.From Personalization, select & apply the theme.

Affixus Logon/Lockscreens in 1920x1080 & 2560x1440 resolutions.

Yo devillnside. I went ahead and added support for windows 10 1903 RS6 to the theme for you until a proper port can be made if you're ok with it.

Here's the updated version. It has both the RS5 1809 and the RS6 1903 versions.

it's fine by me mate..although i'm still on rs5.. the rs6 version you uploaded will work as is out of the box?? what more needs to be done exactly for it to be a 'PROPER PORT'?

Yeah it runs perfectlty as is. for it to be a proper port, you just need to update ther shell files via the proper porting method instead of simply swapping out th shell folder in the theme files. There's an import script available but I don't know how to use ie yet, lol.
