Font Size and Color Windows 10

I need some help on windows 10... in my explorer view, the font size and color are very small... where can i change this setting for a better view...

i am on 4K UHD HDR and changing this on
display settings/scale and layount + advanced scaling settings = on

Hi,I have the new Linux version with Duden not the beta anymore and only in Textmaker the font for the UI and in menus is very small. Actually so small that I cant see the figures for the word count for example. How can I change the size of the font for the UI?Ph.
