Help 19h1 Update Problem with 3rd party Theme

I updated my W10 OS from 1809 to 19H1 yesterday and after 3 failed attempts and finally got it right and Got to see what all the fuss was about with this new build and I must admit there have been some major Improvements, I love the Dark Mode but I really love using 3rd Party themes but after applying a theme for 19H1 my Explorer page remains White and shows thumbnails but no Icons or Images also The links in the control panel are white also. This is what it looks like

:peace:hellou dear friends testing RS5 themes on RS6 19h1 1903 18329.1
and all of the custom themes working perfect with start is back and theme patchers without any problem
one problem is only with old new explorer 1.1.8.4 because working perfect only on the default themes
i think need new script for windows style builder and for custom themes because after using old new explorer the explorer is orange
i know is not the final version but only the insider preview finding only this one issue (immersive context menu) the same of the RS5:Peace:

this is only insider preview and not the full Windows 10 rs6 april 2019 update and not working immersion context menu and old new explorer
for dark themes go to personalize and enable dark mode install ultrauxtheme patcher 3.5.2 beta rs6 and start is back 2.8 uninstall old new explorer there is problem with it because rs6 using dark and new white explorer

Thanks Moon, Its much better now still no context panel in Control panel and the top and bottom panels are still white but I can live with that for the time being at least I can run a theme now and read explorer, Thanks again:Peace:Cheerz!!

THE FIX --

Here is mine. I am running 18334 19H1. Fix for now is below images.

Control Panel looks like this

Now for the fix.

Go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\shell and copy the entire normal folder to its respective place in each of your themes you want to apply. That's it.

Did you get latest StartisBack?yes I have 2.8 and it works fine I uninstalled OldNewExplorer and used UXThemepatcher 3.5.2 Beta as Moon suggested the nav buttons have moved down on top of the Nav Panel where I suppose its meant to be now and looks Good now and the Explorer Page has returned with my Icons again if you would like a peek Im going to post it on Show us your Desktop later, Thanks again Mate :Peace:Cheerz !!!

You could. Do you use a normal paid version? 2.8.1 is up on his site. https://s3.amazonaws.com/startisback/StartIsBackPlusPlus_setup.exe

Install ONE. Install new SiB!
