Ok, I have attached the revised theme with the fix, this is for Windows 10 RS5 ONLY

1.) Open the theme in WSB
2.) Navigate to: Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Colors [Globals]
3.) Manually Add: Add Property > Color > Text Color > (Your choice of colors or the theme text color is: RGB Color 0, 144, 255)
4.) After the changes have been added, save the theme before closing
