Windows 10 Theme problème...

Hi... i have a problem with theme in Windows 10

When my computer restart or go out from sleep... my theme will no longer applied and a have personalise
theme was applied....

how can i fix this problem ?

This has been around since windows 8, I have included the reg file with all my themes since then to remove the default colors

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\DefaultColors]
