I found this nifty little exe http://plastuer.com/ that allows for animated desktop, even on dual screens.What impressed me was that it uses very little system resources (the drawback to animated desk). Not only that its "PWYW" pay what you want .I paid $2 which is minimum. Check it out! Made my themes POP!
