Why are you are looking to change the Windows titlebar color in WSB? it would just be much easier to do it in Windows itself (Settings > Personalization > Colors ), not saying it cannot be done in WSB but the process of doing it is far greater in detail then otherwise just a few clicks in Windows.

Maybe I want a hardcoded color, or precisely to alter it with accents disabled, or maybe I want to use an image as the titlebar, or make it transparent. Since I don't know who to talk to, I'd rather just try to learn where everything is at, there isn't exactly a huge amount of documentation on this sort of thing.. Which makes learning it even more difficult.

Attached is a file, enclosed is a pdf of all locations with images you may be seeking in WSB, it was originally authored for Windows 7 but all locations still hold true for Windows 10, it's a great tool for those just learning how to theme with WSB.

Thank you. I did notice that guide, but the location it points to in

Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Normal > Bottom , Left , Right andTop

Doesn't seem to make any changes. I'll have to play around with it more I guess.

Left right & bottom are not relevant...also, the guide is for windows 7 but the locations are pretty much the same on windows 10..so the guide helps in giving you a good idea of where (or whereabouts) to look ... go through it carefully & you'll get the general idea.. anyway titlebar text colour locations are here:

Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > CaptionText:Color
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > InactiveCaptionText:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > Active > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > InactiveActive > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > MaxActive > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > MaxInActive > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Details > Glows > Text > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Window > Frames > Window > Top > Active > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Window > Frames > Window > Top > Inactive > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Window > Frames > Window > Maximized > TextColor:Color
Windows and Caption Buttons > Basic > Frames > Window > Top > TextColor:Color
