I never have any real issues with any of the themes i download from you guys here however after installing this 1903 update to Blade, and the latest version of SiB and ONE, i find that although the theme applies and i can select a start orb through SiB as usual with no probs, its not skinning the taskbar. In fact its not even showing up in SiB appearance settings to be selected. I have latest versions of Theme Sig Bypass and UltraUXThemepatcher installed.

Any ideas off the top of your head? This worked OK for me in previous version.

{UPDATE}: For anyone else experiencing the same issue the fix is simple:

On some systems UltraUXThemepatcher is, for some reason, unable to take ownership of the three required files UXinit.dll, themeui.dll and uxtheme.dll in order to patch them. It will tell you it has, but when you reboot and go back into the UltraUXThemepatcher installer the files will again be showing "need patching".
You just have to take ownership of these files then go into their properties and give your admin account full control rights. Once done, reboot, login as admin, go back into the patcher installer and run it as admin again. This time they should patch ok. But to be sure reboot again, rerun installer and now they should show as "patching not required". Now you are good to go!

Can you post some screenshots of the entire theme, like what the explorer windows look like as well please, I ask because the scroll bar in your first screen does not match the theme

and old new explorer with this settings
but your explorer is transparent you are using aero glass? please try to uninstall if this solve your problem

OK so I replicated his problem, if I am correct it looks like you have put the blade v2.msstyles in the C:\Program Files (x86)\StartIsBack\Styles directory and then applied the start menu via Start Is Back.

This is not the way to go about it, you need to add the theme to the theme folder in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and then apply the theme from the personalization menu.

Then in Start Is Back if it does not automatically select the theme start menu then go to appearance and select the second start menu, the one next to the Windows 10 modern start menu.

You also need to install ONE (OldNewExplorer) and select the options shown, it will then look the way it should.

Also delete the msstyles you placed in the StartIsBack Directory.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!G day NovaPhoenix, OK, so you can change the Taskbar button Size and Margin Width with the Configure StartisBack App. The line on the top of the taskbar is part of the theme and cant be changed without using WSB to edit the Taskbar only thing I can suggest is use Medium sized Icons in the Taskbar.
