and this you can change manually if you have installed Red Neon theme just right click on your desktop
Personalize/Pointers/Scheme/Normal select/browse = c/windows/resources/themes/red neon/cursors and select cursor what you like

thx man for the work beautiful skin for my old version 1903 ;). Please show us the SHA1 and MD5 from your sources so that we can compare two with our files no matter in which direction such an executable can go :) Maybe I just have the better panel and intrusion detection system
