Installing themes on Windows 10:
Some Tools You May Need

Uxstyle, Theme Signature Bypass (http://virtualcustoms.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=74615&d=1470338612) and UltraUxThemePatcher
UxTheme service hook - Visual Theme Signature Bypass

ONE
OldNewExplorer is the Windows 10 (and Windows 8.1, and 8) shell extension / tweaker which can undo "improvements" to file browsing made in newer Windows versions. Everything is optional for your liking.
For best results, use these settings:

StartIsBack++ for Windows 10 (http://startisback.com/#download-tab)
What's hot about StartIsBack on Windows 10 now?
Full taskbar skinning!
Ability to reduce resource usage by disabling newer Start menu and Cortana processes from prelaunching
Ability to use adequately sized (32x32) large icons and larger start menu button on taskbar
Modern icon glyphs on Start menu right hand pane
Modern blur, drop shadow and immersive context menus for start menu
Fully dynamic DPI aware start menu and configuration app
New modern style with round user picture
Lots of new minor additions and tweaks

Recommended Prior to Applying Custom Themes:

1.) Create a Restore Point
2.) Install Fonts included in the "Extras" folder
3.) Apply System Metrics included in the "Extras" folder and logout or reboot
4.) Install an iPack of your choice to change the system icons
5.) Select the Theme's Start Menu and Taskbar in the StartIsBack++ configuration. If it's not a visible option to select the theme's start menu, apply your custom theme first!
6.) Copy a Start Orb from the "Theme" folder to a new location, rename it, then open the StartIsBack++ configuration, click Add... select the Start Orb and click Apply.

If you are new to installing custom themes or might be having issues, please read my thread here: Tools needed to install and run custom themes (https://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/82781-Tools-needed-to-install-and-run-custom-themes/page2?p=342467#post342467)

I take no responsibility for anyone that bricks their system, use custom themes at your own risk

Make sure you download the correct theme file according to your Windows version!

Thank you Moon but as I said yesterday, the Windows 10 Creators Update + forum insinuates anything after the Creators Update, which should be clear enough , or we could have just renamed that forum to include the H designation.
I can see if we went to a completely NEW version of Windows like Windows 11 or something, that would warrant a new forum, I just don't think that the H designation does, technically it is still an RS version only Microsoft got a wild hair to change the designation.

There are just far too many themes that I have ported to move and create new threads on, I just do not have the time. I will be keeping the 19H1 ports where they are but I will make sure to designate them 19H1.

IMO, there are far too many forums and sub-forums on this site, making it a nightmare to find things sometimes. If I had the time I could honestly cut the sub-forums in half on VC and put all of what is truly important in their proper places.

Yo, that slideshow setting doesn't work ... however if you use this one it works flawlessly

It is working because the theme is currently installed on my system, however if it is not working for you , you can edit the .theme file in notepad.

Odd, well I did notice that the icons path was typoe'd so if you want a version with that fixed, I can send you it [or you can juts fix it yourself easy enough, SE was simply typed twice in the path for all but the Recycle bin icons, lol].

But it's odd that the method you used doesn't work on my system... I wonder if that's a CyberPowerPC lockdown?
