hello please what monitor you are using? 4K or? or what display DPI scaling 100%?

REPORT sir !!!!! after I checked the scaling display must be changed to 100%. while my laptop is FHD 1080p where the scaling display is 125-150% (recommended) ... when I use the 135-150% display scaling, the ema cannot be applied. any suggestion???

yes this is the problem because this theme supported DPI scaling only 100% and crashed after high
supported themes for dpi scaling 100% - 200% can be downloaded here

Hey, I tried loading this theme but was shocked to find that no change was made.
Only background and icons changed.
I am not new to themes, I have tons of them that work with no issue.
As I normal do, I copied the theme files to /windows/resources/themes/ and then double clicked on the ToxicBlue.theme file.
The theme window pops up and applies the change, but it does not change the color or the theme.
I'm thinking its something with the theme because someone else said the same thing.

please first delete your previous toxic blue theme from c/windows/themes directory and run new
