If you want help tell us a bit more like the theme you are using, it looks like the image you are using in not fully opaque, you should use fill colors for such a basic menu

Same kind of issue. Just had moon port theme to 1903 but get 2 shades of black. 83039Could it be i dont have have Big Muscles aeroglass. Or does theme need a revamp to run smoothly with 1903. Thank you Grimm, but awhile back you added this for me. Reason why Moon had ported the older 1809 version to 1903 for me. To save this on the windows explorer. Could never figure how to do this. When i do its shows as tiles and never resizes correctly.

Have you set light mode or dark mode?

In the updated 19H1 WSB it will be in the following locations.

Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Immersive Context Menu > PopUpItem
Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Immersive Dark Context Menu > PopUpItem
Windows 10 Dark Mode > Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Immersive Context Menu > PopUpItem
Windows 10 Light Mode > Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Light Mode Immersive Context Menu > PopUpItem

Yes this is a problem with that theme, I have already fixed a version of that, it involved optimising and reducing the size of a lot of the images, this is not the theme from your original post though and does not relate to that problem.
