Recommended Prior to Applying Custom Themes:

1.) Create a Restore Point
2.) Install Fonts included in the "Extras" folder
3.) Apply System Metrics included in the "Extras" folder and logout or reboot
4.) Install an iPack of your choice to change the system icons
5.) Select the Theme's Start Menu and Taskbar in the StartIsBack++ configuration. If it's not a visible option to select the theme's start menu, apply your custom theme first!
6.) Copy a Start Orb from the "Theme" folder to a new location, rename it, then open the StartIsBack++ configuration, click Add... select the Start Orb and click Apply.

I'm very interested but also very confused on where a couple things go or what program to use to apply certain elements so an actual step by step visual aid would be the most awesome thing ever and help me feel more comfortable about doing something like this without feeling like I am going to totally mess something up

oh that is really hard question because i dont know what is your skills about windows system files
because 7tsp and iPack is two different applications and dont work in the same way
more people loving iPack but iPack dont know replace more files as explorer or shell32
for windows 7 need to save explorer as explorer.exe.res
for windows 8 and 10 need to save explorer as explorer.exe.mui res
and for windows 10 19h1 need to save explorer as explorer.exe.mun.res
i think its hard for understanding to you but explorer can be changed only with 7tsp
and windows 10 1903 19h1 is a separate category because using new .mun files in the new specific directory
i am testing every day new version of 7tsp because on w10 1903 not working good icon pack as on rs1-rs5

Windows forced the 1903 update on me, which broke the version of HUD Evolution I've had since the Creator's Update last year.
Naturally I tried to update it to a 1903 compatible theme. I've done the usual process whenever I update to a new version.
I reapply the UX theme patches by using the latest version of UXThemePatcher (3.6.2), reinstalled Theme Signature Bypass, updated OldNewExplorer to the latest version (1.1.8.4) before applying the options shown in the screencapture, and updated StartIsBack++ to its most recent version (2.8.8). Before doing all of this, I applied the HUD system metrics, isabled the immersive context menus, and removed default colors by using the regedit files provided.

When I activated the theme from the settings window, this was what I ended up with.

I've actually been trying to apply the theme from this thread made for 1903.
I decided to roll back to 1809 for now and try again later. Since W10 isn't letting me go back to the 1903 update right away, I can apply your suggestions then report back with results if it worked or not whenever I'm able.

Hi there. I'm new to these themes. I tried this one and some aspects failed, and my AV flagged/removed files Evolution.msstyles, and Transparency.exe. A clarification: is this for Windows 10 Home or Pro only? I'm running a 1903 6/9/19 install. Not sure if it's the right version for this to work. Regardless of that, it still wouldn't have worked with the two files removed by my AV. How do I get this work? Awesome stuff! I want it to work on my machine! Thank you! =).

It's been a few months later and Windows 10 forced the 1903 update on me yet again. I've tried the theme that you linked for me and it worked (yet Evolution doesn't work the same way for some reason). The taskbar and programs menu appear normal, but there are a couple things that are off.

The title bar for windows have a gray border instead of the blue text, and the folder pane to the left of explorer.exe is displayed improperly. I'm not sure how to fix this part : (

All 1903 themes still work on 1909, there is nothing new in 1909 aside from a new phone app, a slight redesign of the start menu hamburger menu and a new search integration in explorer that can now search your online one drive files that for some reason also meant they had to stuff with the size of the address bar, I guess to make it more touch user friendly, personally I think they need to stop making everything touch friendly as no one is interested in touch on a desktop OS

Unfortunately I can't test it as I'm currently on a laptop the company gave me and I don't have the right to change system files.
I'm particularly invested in the "Light" versions of the themes - they are the only ones that I can use because the normal versions will make text background from white to dark, or they will change text foreground from black to another colour, and that's bad for programming and writing word documents.
As for the "white" versions, I just don't like the white colour, I love the blacks - everywhere except for text editors (i.e. exactly what the essence of "light" themes such as "HUD Evolution Light" are.)

Hi Mate, Have you merged the System meterics yet?Also the Title bar border can be changed in your Personalization Settings in the Color Section you can also chose to apply it or not To your Borders and Titles. I Believe the Themes for 1903 Work on this new build Also. Check your ONE Configuration is Correct make sure you have Classic Grouping Selected and is Configured like in the Screenshot, Let me know how ya go Mate, I Hope this Helps:Peace:Cheerz!!

open 7tsp 2019 and click on add a custom pack 7tsp HUD Evolution timedate w10 19h1+.7z
and click on Start Patching
all files now be replaced automatically

How to Bring Back Old Clock in Windows 10
Disable_New_Clock_Calendar.reg
Enable_New_Clock_Calendar.reg
Save the .reg file to your desktop.

Double click/tap on the downloaded .reg file to merge it.

If prompted, click/tap on Run, Yes (UAC (https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3577-user-account-control-uac-change-settings-windows-10-a.html)), Yes, and OK to approve the merge.

You can now delete the downloaded .reg file if you like.

When you click/tap on the clock system icon (https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2696-system-icons-turn-off-windows-10-a.html) on the taskbar in Windows 10, a clock and calendar dialog will open.
