Since CustomizerGod and Aeroglass not working at the moment for 1903. Is there a alternative for those to apps?

Winaero Tweaker is a good alternative to Customizer God. I use it with every build I run. As for AeroGlass, the experimental debug build has been running flawlessly for me on Windows 10 1903. Just click cancel on the prompt instead of retry and it loads right up. You can get Mr GRiM's custom installer from the Aero Glass for Windows 10 RS1+ (http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/72751-Aero-Glass-for-Windows-10-RS1?highlight=aeroglass+windows+rs1%2B) thread.

Also don't use the hide CMD window option if you use Mr GRiM's installer because that will block window that you need to click cancel on to allow AeroGlass to run.
