i dont really like the iPack because this app is old and know to replace only some default files but its a very good for basic users who need to replace default Yellow icons in imageres.dll and some other files
for iPack users on w10 19h1+ is a good choice patch only imageres.dll to the future
7tsp is for more really skilled users who need to replace more more and more system files as .exe .dll .mui and now the new .mun files:peace:

I usualy see the link for install from the likes of your iPacks and double click unistall the old and double click to install the new. And thanks for explaining in detail about that tool as I have seen it over the years but just scrolled passed them.
While I am here could you answer a question please, is there any kind of exe tool to install a new cursor. I realy like the cursors from the Blue and Red Neon themes, I would like the Red Neon cursor for this ROG HUD theme just that it looks like a normal cursor but in red.

1.Download ROG.7z file
2.Unzip
3.Right Click on the Install.ini and click install
4. Now you can change it from Personalize/Change mouse pointers

I really do not understand, I have been installing and uninstalling older Windows 10 Ipacks on my Windows 10 19H1 system and they work just fine.

many peoples on internet and here have problems (crash) after installing (reboot) because every single windows and peoples using different windows settings

Could it be that Ipacks created on different systems do not work on others? for instance, Ipacks created on Windows 10 Enterprise do not work on Windows 10 Pro and visa versa?

example on w10 19h1+ you cant replace shell32.dll shell32.mui.dll file you need to replace (shell32.dll.mun) file
iPacks for w8 8.1 and w10 is the same and using the same files but why not working on w10 19h1+
