Blue Neon Thumbnails

I am wondering if there is any feasible way to get the Blue Neon style taskbar but with the Windows 7 style thumbnails? The windows 7 style thumbnails look more polished and suit the theme better (IMHO). However I don't care for the icon highlighting on the windows 7 style. So just wondering if a hybrid of the two would be possible?
