all is ok and your system is patched
but you need copy and paste theme folder and windows theme file to c/windows/resorces/themes directory
missing theme folder in your screenshot

Give me a moment to see what's going on with the theme. I'll see if it's the theme or just a bad download real quick.

Ok, it loads fine for me. So my question is, did you load it from the Classic Perosnalization Menu or the default Windows 10 Personalization menu?

The default Windows 10 metro app won't load custom msstyle themes so you'll need the classic personalization menu for those.

You can find the reg file to add it the extras folder.

Just look for the "Add Classic Appearance.reg" file and double click it to get the Classic Personlization menu.

This is a strange one. Old New Explorer of all things should be working. It hasn't had any problems like this for several major build updates yet as it's fully compatable with all currently available Windows 10 builds.

If it were just the theme, I'd say try using Mr GRiM's themesignaturebpass.exe in place of patching your system but I have no idea why Old New Explorer isn't working for you either......


So that being said, show me a screenshot of your Old New Explorer settings, and also let me know what patching method you are using?

Perhaps your issue might be somewhere in those areas. Also Windows 10 1809 themes will not work on Windows 10 1903 so definitely don't use thos one windows 10 1903.

Also press The Windows Key+R and type winver in the run dialog and take a screenshot of your winver window so we can see just which build you are on as well. That might help us narrow it down a bit.

Lastly the default windows 10 settings app isn't able to load custom msstyle themes anymore. Only the Classic Personalization window is able to now so definitely load them from there when swapping themes.

Please run again ultrauxtheme patcher as administrator uxinit and themeui file status need to be patched

Instead of using UltraUXThemePatcher , have you tried using the ThemeSignatureBypass tool?

Now works, but only 1920x1080 and 100% dpi


It's a pity because I have a 4K screen and it scales incorrectly.

Glad to see that you got it working! Sometimes all it takes is a fresh system.

As far as the scaling goes, please be aware that most of the themes here are pretty old and were designed for Windows 7 (such as Diablo) when 1920x1080 was the highest resolution of the time, theme scaling was not even thought about at the time, some of the newer themes you may be able to scale, however I do not really know as I use a flat screen monitor and not a 4k television screen still and my native resolution is 1920x1080. Maybe some others here can give you advice on scaling.

Yes i am on 4k and this is really problem with old themes on 4k monitors or 4k tv
Only 2% custom themes working on 4k with supported dpi scaling up to 100%
On 4k you can change resolution as 1920x1080 or 2k 2560x1440 and using themes without any problem but only on 100%
But if you like ported themes by me for 4k and support for dpi scaling up to 100% then you can download some themes by alienbyte here hope if this help to you
