Theme for Windows 10 1903 Builds

Supports 100% scaling settings only

How To:
You'll need your system patched with UXThemePatcher.

UltraUXThemePatcher:
https://www.syssel.net/hoefs/software_uxtheme.php?lang=en

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
a)Extract the contents of the 'Theme' folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b)From Personalization, select & apply the theme.

Additional:
Check the 'SIB Settings' screenshots included in the zip for theme specific settings in StartIsBack.

Extras:
Intrigue Logon/Lockscreens in 1920x1080 & 2560x1440 resolutions.

Credits to the original author of the wallpaper in the screenshots.

4K+ using different taskbars as original theme on 100% DPI but thats normal:Smile:
what default theme base you are using because yes this is your first 4K+ theme with DPI 100 - 200%:givahand:

this is one of my older themes!!! made originally in windows 7 (using the default windows 7 aero.msstyles as base just like the others) then ported to rs4 and now ported again to 1903 but with quite a few changes to the old theme.... how come this one scales where the others don't??? :shocked:

please try again this step
open any of your exist theme for w7 then port this theme to RS4 creators update and skip RS5 dark mode scripts

i am already working on another older rs4 theme port to 1903... so when it's done we can test whether or not that one scales properly

Was lookin' around for a skin today for the first time in a long time, just so happened Intrigue intrigued me. Looking at every other skin that's
labeled for 1903 builds, they're also for 1909 builds... Not this one... I don't know if it made me more intrigued
or what lol, but I thought it best to not proceed to use it on the 1909 update. But I did have to write and
ask out of curiosity.
Nice work sir, keep it up. Hope all is well.
