I need help I can't get Se7en v0.6 Build 2019 for windows 10 x64 to install icons.

I installed the fetch icons and then I rebooted my system only to find out the icons are still stock, nothing changed. I previously used the icon packager from startdock but I don't think that did any permanent changes to the os.

yes this is the problem because before patching IconPackager has created their own backup
before using 7tsp you can try this step
1.run 7tsp GUI 2019 again
2.click on Restore / Restore all modified system files to windows default
