I'm looking for an official aero theme that would be dark, does this simple thing exist? I searched and all the dark themes I've found are too customized, is there an equivalent of the default aero theme but dark? If not, can someone tell me how I can create my own theme, with which tools?

i want to make it one for windows7 without any modding and with default factory windows7 but its dark version
