Theme editing on windows 10

I was editing a theme i got from DeviantArt and it doesnt have the drop down for "Recent Locations" in the Explorer NavBar that should have been next to the Back and Forth Folder Buttons.
Im new to windows styling, any feedback is appriciated

Apologies for resurrection but I was looking for the answer myself and that's how I came to find this thread. In case someone else does the same thing in the future. The location for that button is here:

Windows 10 Light Mode > Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Buttons > Navigation > MenuButton

or

Windows 10 Dark Mode > Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Buttons > Navigation > MenuButton

Hi RobotWizard, Go to Explorer and shell with WSB and then go to the Control panel settings and Edit the Image Here for the Top panel

It seems like the theme I started with is very old I downloaded a newer theme (elegre) and it has all the options i need :)
