how to use:
to use this theme first you need to install uxthemepatcher (https://uxthemepatcher.com/)
Copy theme files to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Open Settings > Personalization > Themes > Select the theme.
Install OldNewExplorer (http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/170375-oldnewexplorer-117/) to remove the ribbon.
