[HELP] Need help to editing some colors on W10 1909

Hi,
I have recently acquired Windows Style Builder, which seems to me to be the most advanced theme editing software for Windows at the moment.

So I started to use and edit themes that I downloaded from deviantart (to quote only this site) to practice.

My question: I want to modify a custom theme for my Windows 10 version 1909, in particular the color of the disk space gauge and its width:

I am also trying to replace the following colours:
- the background color of "Adjust Computer Settings."
- color of the text "Display by:" in the control panel
- color of the jumplist text for programs in the taskbar
- color of the text of the files on the Desktop

Thanks, i was able to update my theme, indeed it makes the theme much more compatible with my 1909 version of Windows 10 without me getting mistakes.
I'm now looking for the properties I cited in my first post, but without much success for the moment.

The only thing I've been able to modify is the image that is used for disk space.

I have edit several color properties, but now i get an error when i try to test the theme..
It's very boring to edit properties without know wich element(s) it's edit because all threads i found on the web are outdated or for Windows 8.1 or 7.
For beginning, i just want to change all background color to RGB 48, 48, 48 and all texts/links color to orange (RGB 255, 155, 0).

Would you have Skype, Discord or another chat to directly dialog with you please ?

Thanks :)OK Mate I have the locations for you Here, Open your Style Builder to find the Panel in the Control Settings:
1. Explorer and Shell/Explorer/Controlpanel/Command Module/BackGround. edit image here to change color.
2. Explorer and Shell/Explorer/Controlpanel/Controlpanel. you can find all the text for the Control panel Here.
3. Can you upload a screenshot for this one, Im not sure where this is.
4.Explorer and Shell/Explorer/Desktoplistveiw/ListItem. all desktop text can be found here.
5. Fonts Color and System Metrics/BFace Color to change the Button Face Color. Note this will change colors of all BFace colors in the theme not just The Command Bar for WSB. OK Bud this will get you started again let me know if you have any more probs.

Thank you anyway for your help :)OK Mate to change the color of the command module in the control panel you have to export the image first and then Color it manually and then import it back into the theme. The location is here in the screenshot sorry I wasn't more specific.

Thank you again :)I just had a look at the first image problem your end, did it crash and then you restarted it again?
If it's still happening don't do any more untill you Close WSB and go to the Registry Editor and locate Aves Apps WSB.
in the location in the screenshot locate Recent Documents and Delete the entry close REG EDIT and then reopen WSB and load your theme again and test it and all should be right again, This will let you start again from where you left off you just wont be able to undo any changes you made earlier, This is a quick fix for if you try to change Inherited propertys and it crashes or try to save more than 10 things at the same time or you get a msstyle error, make sure it's fixed up before you do anymore.

No no, i didn't have any bug/issue with WSB since i have applied the 1903 patch fix, but i note your workarround if i get an issue for the future.

Thanks again for your help..OK Mate you will have to add Start Menu and Taskbar Skinning Import the Style Script by Stopping your test and Then hold the shift button down and click Import style script and a list of available scripts will appear Select Add Task Bar and Start Menu Skinning and then click apply. Select Import Images from the prompt. Then before saving it open the start menu property's and see that the images loaded and Then if there in there Save it and then test again and you should be right to go and will be able to Skin and Edit the StartisBack menu and the Taskbar and system tray.

After having save my msstyle file, close WSB, open again WSB, the Stat Menu>Menu>Aero>Taskbar JumpList appear, but some properties don't exist:

I'm willing to take a theme that is completely updated to change it later, but there are some parts of the basic Windows 10 1909 interface that I don't want to change, so where can I find the basic Windows 10 1909 images?

So if you wanna use a default W10 1909 Theme for a base Image use a copy of the Aero visual Style from you theme Folder or a Default Mode Theme and then just change what you don't want to use, Modified Themes don't use all the same Image sizes so you might have to resize them to suit and visa versa for a Modified theme, There are all sorts of Default Themes Available here Ive even seen W7 Themes for W10 1903 and up like Vista, Longhorn as well. anyway Im on-line for another Hour or two if you want any more Info, Chow for now Mate.

He Taught me How to build themes and use WSB so I can safely say that its has been updated as much as you can get. Keep me Posted on how it works out for you man.

I have started to edit the theme, apparently he use a "TEXTSHADOWTYPE" property with a "SINGLE" value, i should remove this property or i can let them in the theme ?
I see an "TEXTSHADOWOFFSET" with "-1,-1" as value, i don't know what's it supposed to do..

I have remove theses values and test the theme, WSB don't show me any error so i continue like that...

from the Ribbon and it should even after you save it and it will return to how it was before, There's a lot of trial and error when doing this you should be right but its only for the Text shadows.

And other note: i see that between several customs themes compatible with 1903 and 1909 there aren't the same "sub-folders".

I still find it very complicated to be able to understand what each type of element corresponds to visually if we want to adapt a theme to our tastes, there are apparently no documents or topics on it.

Mate, I try not to mess around to much with the settings like that it is very complicated and if you don't know what there for then leave em alone untill you know what it's for, I cant tell if what you did is going to have any long term effects or create bugs, as I said before Theres a lot of trial and error in it, sometimes you need to make a few mistakes to learn from, I did. Anyway it's nearly 3am in the morning Im off to bed.
