Hello,

Got a problem with the themes. Do not know whether it has already been discussed or whether there is a solution.
Whenever I am on the desktop and press the control button, a gray veil appears around my icons.
It stays and only leaves with a restart.
I have Windows 10 1909.

Don't think this is a theme issue, more than likely a Windows Issue because I get the very same thing.

run 7tsp GUI 0.6
click on add a custom pack = 7tsp HUD machine blue 19h1+
click on start patching
but first uninstall your old icon pack what you have already installed
or click on Restore = Restore modified system files

It was a complete failure.
Windows did not allow execution.
Kaspersky noticed a trojan and deleted the file.

open Kaspersky/Virus chest and click on more/Restore or Restore and add exception

yes this works fine because i think you have some bad registry entries
you can try Download Tune-up or Ashampoo WinOptimizer .etc
i think this can fix your problem without restarting explorer.exe
you can run 30 days free trial
click on optimize and after optimize restart your pc if your problem persist after restarting or no

then i think i cant help you if works for you only restart explorer.exe
i think you need fresh (Clean) install or you can try the last step sfc/ scannow
