I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data
Installation:

Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP will create a restore point & install the icon pack.
Once installation is done reboot & you're done
I take no responsibility for anyone that bricks their system, use custom themes at your own risk!!
Please make sure you download the correct theme file according to your operating system version!

Hiya! Sorry I am a beginner and I don't know where to go to fix issues setting up this theme. How do I install the icon pack fully? I can't seem to make the hand drawn edges work when I set it up. All the other stuff are great and this is the only thing missing :/ and also the dock. If anyone can help or lead me to the right resources that would be great.

check if is your system already patched for allowing to using 3rd party themes
