Which is better Win 10 LTSC 1809 vs 2004 for gaming

So I just built my new PC with AMD 5700xt. Need support what do you recommend to go for Win 10 LTSC (2004) or (1809)?
I was planing for the newest but I am worry because too many people posted that they wanted to go back for 1809 plus they don't explained why and I don't really know for what purpose they use this system.

So as a gamer should I update my system to LTSC 2004 or not❓

I will recommend you to update to the 2004 version (20H1), because this version has been improved in DirectX 12, but updates first from 1809 to 1903, then from 1903 to 1909, and finally from 1909 to 2004 (20H1).

Personally I don't use the game bar sold with Windows 10, but it has also been optimized, free to everyone to use it or not.
