I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

I installed Dark icon pack on my Windows 10 20H2.After that while taking device manager,disk management etc an error message appeared as not enough memory resources are available to complete the operation(please see the screen shot).I liked this icon pack very much.Any solution for this?Thanks in advance
