Cant apply theme after upgrade Windows 10
1903/1909 19h1/19h2 to 2004/2009 20h1/20h2
Windows 10 2004 20h1 19041 its really different and using the different system files
as the previous version of Windows 10
Windows 10 1903 19h1 18362 and Windows 10 1909 19h2 18363
Windows 10 2004 20h1 19041 using the new
Uxtheme.dll , Themeui.dll and uxinit.dll product version 10.0.19041
after upgrade just uninstall UltraUXThemePatcher and reboot your pc
install again UltraUXtheme Patcher and this Patch patching all of the new system files
new version protect your new system files
run UltraUXthemePatcher as Administrator
this unlock and patching all locked and protected system files
all of the w10 1903 themes works great on w10 2004

Dont forget
Windows 10 Upgrade on higher version of Windows 10
Upgrade replace all of the old 7tsp Icon Packs
Upgrade replace all of the
.dll .exe .mui .mun .cpl System files as Windows default
1.After Upgrade run sfc/scannow
2.Run 7tsp GUI v0.6 as Administrator
3.Install your favorite 7tsp Icon Pack
Installation:
Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP will create a restore point & install the icon pack.
Once installation is done reboot & you're done.
