I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

I realize that I'm 6 months or so late to the party here, but what are the chances of getting this theme with the matte gray title bar & window frames as pictured?

I've always loved this theme, and in fact, still use it on my Win 7 PC, but have always been more partial to the matte bordered version.

The included theme here was the "Aero" version of the W7 theme if I remember correctly.

Yep, that's the one I'm using on my Win 10 PC.

Both Poison themes seem to have the same base Windows theme, (the "Aero" version of the original Win 7 theme), but the V2 version has a different icon pack, yes?
