I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

When I tried to patch the files, it gives me the error which tells me that I need to take ownership the files. I did take ownership using the regidit downloading from the Internet, but nothing happens. What did I do wrong?

click on Uninstall you need to restart your eplorer.exe
or you need to sign out and sign in to take effect

then your system using Protected files
1. you need to disable User Accounts Control Settings
2. Run 7tsp GUI As Administrator
this unlock (take ownership) all of your protected files before patching
