I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

here is the updated Icon Pack with the basebrd.dll (basebrd.dll.res)
its original without MUI side images i can upload with basebrd.dll.mui MUI side images (pics) later
you not need to uninstall first your old Icon pack just click on add a new one (replace) and click on Start Patching

here is the updated Icon Pack if have someone problem
with the Sound Volume and with the Sound Volume mixer (sndvol.exe)
because Windows Defender block this app
