I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

look on your original screenshots
its because your OS using a different system language i think Polish (PL)
MUI Side Images using a different system language English as your OS and i set default language as (En-Us)
its not good idea using a two different languages on your PC
if you like MUI Side Images and eng lang then you can change your original language as En-Us
this allow to using all other special Extras

and this is the best ultimate 7tsp icon pack updated with new .mun files for 7tsp icon pack creators
all can use this icon pack as their own base for new icon pack because includes .97 res files
some creators as niivu using the basic incomplete 7tsp icon packs where has been replaced only the default imageres.dll.mun.res file
