hello and you need go to
C:\Windows\SystemResources directory
then you need to open Shell32.dll.mun
C:\Windows\SystemResources\Shell32.dll.mun
with Resource Hacker or with Restorator
and you need to replace Icon 20 and Icon 37
now save your new file on your desktop
rename original shell32.dll.mun file as shell32.dll.mun.backup
cut and paste your new shell32.dll.mun file from your desktop to the original directory
C:\Windows\SystemResources directory
restart your pc
new icon can be changed too with 7tsp or with iPack Builder v3
new Icon is available for Windows 10 19h1-21h2

I have been installing several versions of windows including versions of windows 10 1903 up to 22H2. To this day I have been restoring my PC many times due to mistakes I have made, but I continue to learn from them. I was wondering where can I find the Restorator 2007 program? I have watched many videos trying to find it, but no results. And I also wonder what is the best way to patch windows 10 22h1? So far I have understood that with UltraXthemepatcher only.
