I have noticed 7tsp packs have been getting bigger and bigger in size.
This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

Installation:
Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.

According to the information, this theme is compatible with my version of windows 10 21H1 Compilation 19043, 1415

But when applying the theme, only the mouse cursor, some system icons, and the wallpaper change, but the rest of the system appearance remains the same as the default windows.

And it is not going to, as you can see from the first post in the thread the theme is not for Windows 11.
Moonique is the only one that I know of that has managed to get custom themes working on Windows 11, sadly she has not shared that information with us as of yet so none of the themes here have been ported to Windows 11 at this time.

The themes here go all white on me and don't render half as nice
As you can see the only thing that doesnt really render is the borders

Have you installed StartisBack as this is needed to skin the start menu and taskbar.

if you are on w10 system and time clock has been changed only in the control panel
old clock can be used only in Windows 11 if you open StartAllBack and apply Remastered 7 Aero theme

and yes, from a practical point of view, windows 11 does not make any sense compared to windows 10
if you like all the beautiful themes for windows 10, then you will continue to use this operating system
you will avoid a lot of complications when using these themes
using Windows 11 only for using Intel Thread Director also makes no sense if you do not own Intel 12-13 generation processors
but even when using newer processors, there are not many advantages, there are still many errors, many videos can be found on the Internet
p-core or e-core cores can also be turned off

Thanks! Seemed to work except for the taskbar which I know when using Startisback it needs a style file or whatever. Real shame what MS did to mess up theming in Windows 11! Sometimes it is tempting to go back to 10. Again I appreciate it :)

if you apply this theme on windows 10 this can be crashed your explorer.exe file explorer
because windows 10 and windows 11 using different files for applying this themes correctly
