Hi Moonique, Ive been waiting for this to come out and looking forward to installing it, I even got a new laptop to put it on.
I run the compatibly checker first just to make sure but it seems my processor is not up to it, is there some way to get around it? Here's the results from the test

you can run Windows 11 with unsupported cpu´s but this is not recommended because w11 using more secured processes as w10

Thanks Bro, but it looks like I'm stuck with it now, by new I meant Its a refurbished one from off Ebay and It's 3 years old.:sad: I should of spent a few hundred more on a Brand newie. Is there anyway to update the CPU?

I have the same issue , no updating the CPU , if you want to run Windows 11 you'll need to upgrade to a newer model cpu as Windows 11 only supports newer gen cpu's, if you can get one at a reasonable price without paying an arm and a leg due to the semi conductor shortage.
Or, just because the pc health checker says you cannot run 11 , as long as everything else on the pc health checker has passed you could still install Windows 11 and it will run but then you run the risk of not receiving Windows updates and having to do clean installs on every new revision.

For me , my system like yours is only a few years old, the money I would have to shell out for a new cpu far outweighs me installing Windows 10 with some eye candy thrown in. My advice is stick with Windows 10 for now, I have a feeling when it is all said and done, Windows 11 is gonna take a nosedive and Microsoft will have no other choice but to start accepting older generation CPU's. There are just far too many of us other there for them not to pay attention to this. This is nothing more than a marketing ploy by Microsoft to get people to start dumping cash on new systems. My system runs 11 perfectly fine , no bugs whatsoever, but I reverted back to 10 just because of the Windows update thing.

I have a sneaky suspicion that we are going to find that Windows 11 is no more secure than Windows 10, even with TPM and Secure Boot ......... the next year is going to be a big tell all for Windows 11. Pay attention to the vulnerabilities that are exposed over the next six months to a year . There are gonna be plenty of hackers, white and black hat with a point to make.

Thanks , already knew about it , just not using it because it still does not guarantee you will receive Windows updates , it's just a way to install Windows 11 by bypassing CPU, TPM and Secure Boot requirements.

Just use Rufus, and set the Image as Extended Windows , this will patch the installation, removing all HW requirements, but as others have said, at some point MS will make those Requirements Needed or the OS will not function correctly, but there should be plenty of time for you to get a feel for Win 11.

KB4023057: Update Health Tools—Windows Update Service components
for Windows 11 21H2

Summary

Microsoft Update Health Tools is offered to devices through Windows Update as update KB4023057.
This update is applicable for both Windows consumer and commercial devices, with a slightly different purpose and functionality.

On Windows consumer devices, this update helps remediate smooth functioning of Windows Update.

For commercial devices, this update is recommended for Windows Update for Business (WUfB) Deployment Service for managing Feature and Quality Updates.

The Microsoft Update Health Tools is required for Expediting security updates through Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Graph.

This update should automatically install if your device is connected to Windows Updates services and allows automatic updates.
If your device isn't regularly receiving quality updates, because of low disk space or have low activity, this may prevent the device from installing the Update Health Tools.
If you currently don't have the client installed, you can then try triggering a normal Windows Update scan.
Or, you can manually download and install Update Health Tools from the Microsoft Download Center.

To verify that Update Health Tools has successfully installed, do the following:

Look for the installation files at this location (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Update Health Tools).
