7tsp not working windows 11

Hi all is anyone having the same issue I'm having 7tsp keeps giving me only works with windows 7 yet it worked on windows 11 for me a few days ago i just did a clean install of windows 11 now i cant load custom icons if anyone has a fix or solution that could assist me with getting this to work never had an issue on win 10 thanks

.NET Framework 3.5 and .NET Framework 4.8 need be enabled
open Control Panel/User Accounts and Disable your Account Control Settings
now Run 7tsp GUI as Administrator
