Help Some issues on Win10 21H2

Just as the arrows in the picture below:
1. It don't work adding the background picture of the control panel navigation according method found in forum.
2, I can't find the location of these alleviated background colors.
please help! I tried several themes in the 21h2 found in forum, but don't seem to work?

91521HI 921_j, I Dont know what version of WSB you are using, it looks really different to mine. Heres how mine looks and there's no Alleviated Background colors for this location unless you add them to the property's and still they probley wont work here anyway, you will have to recolor the image itself to have any effect.

Should not be related to the WSB version, it downloaded the latest in this forum, because I have been 7TSP, GSW953, etc for 21H2 themes downloaded in this forum, and I can't succeed, my Win 10 version:

If there is no way, to give up, because the control panel does not open often.
But the second question is a bit impact, can it only be solved by returning to the Windows 10 version?

It may be a bug in v2rayN v5. 11 I had a look on github and the new version has some bug fixes, try this new release .12 Releases · 2dust/v2rayN · GitHub (https://github.com/2dust/v2rayN/releases)

hello this theme has been ported by me and i think after opened visual style not all themes is really the same
because i am using Windows Style Builder and some other programs for this themes
i think you have not installed OldNewExplorer you need to install OldNewExplorer first for allowing this areas
or you can use my 7tsp Allow all Theme Extras Permanently
