With the "new" notepad of W11 (and Paint too, for example), the name of the file appears in black in the title bar, possible to have it in white?
I have everything else in white

And still not possible to have the title bar with the accent color and not the "kind" of gray by default, Mica I believe (same for explorer with tab, etc...) ?
