This is because some res editors leave old data inside the res files after modifying and saving them.
This tool rebuilds all res files from a resources folder so they are clean of any rest data

I see that you use two different icon packs
first you need to run sfc/scannow
7tsp/restore
never mix two or more different icon packs and their add-ons
the system then does not know which one to use if they contain icon images of multiple sizes
don't forget that sfc/scannow replaces all the UltraUXTheme patcher files to the default

in the future, never use mix of more but only the one icon pack
now I don't know what you mean
please patch your system files back with UltraUXTheme patcher
these new tabs in explorer.exe can be turned off in the StartAllBack application
and there is no need to insert the image into explorer.exe
the Windows theme contains all of these extra areas and their images, just apply it

like explain here (https://mhoefs.eu/software_uxtheme.php?lang=en) : In rare cases after a Windows 10 Update, the patcher is not able to take ownership of the necessary files in c:\windows\system32 (uxtheme.dll, uxinit.dll, themeui.dll). Only solution today: Sign in as Administrator, take ownership to the 3 files and grant full authorization, reboot and afterwards use the patcher again as Administrator. The modification should work now.

What a theme very beautiful but one thing I encountered an issue about almost all of your themes including this one which is when I apply it to a virtual machine the start menu looks perfect on the other hand when I apply it on real machine the start menu was broken something like an invisible high glass covered the start menu

the instructions for using the theme on Windows 10 or Windows 11 are only illustrative
because not every theme contains all extras, icons, mui side images
or other modifications or extra themes for applications windows media player .etc
if the theme does not contain system metrics, it is because Windows 11
